Booking a wrap with Wrap GFX is a straightforward process designed to ensure your experience is smooth and tailored to your needs. You can reach out to us via email, phone, or text message to get this process started.

Assessment and Estimate: We begin by assessing the scope of your wrap project. Based on the details provided, we'll generate an estimate that closely reflects the anticipated costs. Please note that this initial estimate might evolve as additional elements are incorporated during the design phase.

Estimate and Package Selection: The estimate will be sent directly to your email. It may contain multiple package options for you to choose from, allowing you to select the one that best aligns with your preferences and budget.

Acceptance and Invoice: Once you're satisfied with the estimate and ready to proceed, the estimate seamlessly converts into a payable invoice once accepted. This invoice covers a 50% deposit for your chosen service package, securing your booking.

1-on-1 Intro and Design Discussion: If needed, we'll arrange a one-on-one introductory session with you and one of our skilled designers. This session helps us gain a deeper understanding of your ideas and preferences. Accurate measurements will also be taken during this step to ensure precision in the design process.

Scheduling: After the 1-on-1 session, we'll provide you with a start date for the installation. Additionally, we'll offer an approximate completion date to give you an idea of when your project will be finalized. Rush orders are possible with a 20% upcharge.

Service Day: On the scheduled service date, simply bring your vehicle to our Hermitage-based facility. Our experienced team will take care of all the necessary steps to ensure a flawless wrap installation, transforming your vehicle according to your chosen design.

Our commitment is to deliver a stunning wrap that meets your expectations. Should you have any further questions or specific requests, our team is always here to assist you. At Wrap GFX, we combine our expertise with your unique vision to create an exceptional outcome.

The time required for a wrap installation can vary depending on the complexity of the design, the size of the vehicle, and the type of wrap being applied. Typically, a standard full wrap installation can take anywhere from 3 to 6 days. More intricate designs or larger vehicles might require additional time. Our skilled professionals work efficiently to ensure your vehicle is wrapped with precision and care.

Absolutely. We offer professional wrap removal services to take off existing wraps, whether they were installed by us or another provider. Our team employs techniques that ensure the safe removal of the wrap without causing any damage to the underlying paint. If you have an existing wrap job, we can assess the condition and provide advice on the best approach for removal.
